Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Knoot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered recruitment and talent management solutions, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven resume screening and candidate evaluation
• Job description management with AI-powered analysis
• Private and community talent pool management
• Candidate matching and ranking algorithms
• Dashboard analytics and reporting tools
• Resume sharing and distributed reward system

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Knoot offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Resumes and candidate data uploaded to the platform may be processed by our AI systems for screening, matching, and analysis purposes
• Data shared to the community pool becomes accessible to other users according to the platform's sharing rules and reward system
• We do not sell your private data or use it to train third-party models. Your private talent pool data remains yours

Knoot's community features include resume sharing and reward point systems. By participating, you agree that:

• You have the right and necessary consent to share any resumes you upload to the community pool
• Reward points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value
• We may adjust point values and reward mechanisms at our discretion with reasonable notice
• Abuse of the reward system (e.g., uploading fake or duplicate resumes) may result in account suspension

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the platform design, AI algorithms, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Knoot and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retained after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under EU consumer protection laws.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, sending a notification via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
