This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services provided by Knoot.AI ("Knoot", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

SECTION 1

Nature of Service

Knoot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that delivers digital recruitment and talent management tools. As a digital service, access is provided immediately upon successful payment and subscription activation. The nature of SaaS means that once you access the platform, the service has been delivered.

SECTION 2

General No-Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription fees are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • Plan upgrades or add-on purchases
  • Reward points or credits purchased within the platform
  • Unused portion of a subscription period after voluntary cancellation

SECTION 3

Exceptions — Payment Error Refunds

We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances related to payment errors:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription or service due to a system or payment gateway error
  • Incorrect amount: If the amount charged differs from the displayed price at the time of purchase due to a technical error
  • Failed service delivery: If payment was processed successfully but the system failed to activate your subscription or grant access, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

SECTION 4

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at service@knoot.ai within 7 days of the charge
  2. Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue
  3. Provide any supporting evidence (e.g., bank statement showing duplicate charges, screenshots)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

SECTION 5

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

SECTION 6

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires. After expiration, your account will revert to the free tier.

SECTION 7

Free Tier & Reward Points

Knoot's free tier and reward point system do not involve monetary transactions and are therefore not subject to this Refund Policy. Reward points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be converted to money.
